A quarrel ensues between the two brothers, and each accuses the other, and unspoken words are

revealed that cause the family to break up and the women of the family to leave.

The village is empty but the two brothers stay to take their share by force in a face-to-face fight.

I am a graphic designer from Universidad del Valle, passionate by animation, drawing and artistic manifestations that allows me a deep connection with my inner voice. I have created three films on my own, one of these was selected at some film festivals. I have participated in a research project, animating characters within an experimental animated short film called: Habitografía (dos) directed by Mónica Bravo and Miguel Bohórquez. I have also participated as an animator in a collective project to be published in the magazine Ecphrasis called “Ensue no en Tierra de Promisión” directed by Tomas Wells.

3. Through the challenges we've been facing due to the lockdowns, missing in-person community
connection, many of us have been struggling to keep up hope. Lyla June and Quincy Davis perform a
song about faith, transformation and liberation from toxic shame. Pleading to the Creator, the artists
sing, "Help me see me through your eyes, so my broken wings can fly." Both June and Davis have
both been caught up in the world of drugs and addiction and have experienced the profound change
that occurs when we hand over our life to higher powers.
4. "Liberation, One by One!" New music video featuring MC's AshEL SeaSunZ, Mic Crenshaw, Quincy
Davis shining light on societal ills and the crossroads we face as humanity, with reverence and
respect for our ancestral knowledge-ways. Special thanks to Huehca Omeyocan, cultural dance
group promoting the practices of the Anahuac (Mesoamerican) people.

It is very difficult to select one rather than the other as the best of the fest because all the official selection filmmakers for me are the same as my children and all for me are equal. It is like a circle table which each one of us sat around to follow the same aim. We are all ONE Team who worked to fulfill our ambitions and have a crucial word to share. That is the reason I decided to extend the submission's closing date to the 30th of September to buy time for refreshments and think about selections in a better mood.

SYNOPSIS
This experimental documentary narrates the beginning of a journey and the thoughts it evokes, accompanying the protagonist on her odyssey. She leaves behind a life she loves to expatriate to the other side of the world, venturing into the unknown. This radical change brings with it doubts and questions, with the joy of discovery contrasting with uncertainties about the future.

Ahmad is an award-winner director. He is a cinematographer. He studied at Dar al Kalem. He holds two grand
Prizes, one of them for Best Documentary at the Sous International Festival. The other prize is for & quot; Best Short Documentary & quot; at the Karama Festival of Human Rights.
Films. In addition, he works in the film industry and production independently. He worked on directing and producing many short films. His interest is in the Human cases, while he believes in the power of the camera as an advocate to deliver the voice of unfortunate people. He also believes that the key to success is hidden in the team

Mohamad is 32 years old. He has graduated in economics. He is a short story writer.

Helia is a young artist with great ideas. She experienced many different kinds of fine arts but filmmaking is her passion. "I am who I am" is her expression.

Biography: Takayuki Yoshikawa is a visionary filmmaker and a respected associate professor at Nagoya Zokei University, with a
profound background in art, 3DCG, and animation. His journey in digital art began at an art university, where he studied
filmmaking and 3DCG, setting the stage for a remarkable career spanning over two decades. Yoshikawa's expertise was honed at Square
Enix, where for 20 years, he played a pivotal role in designing the iconic 3DCG for the Final Fantasy series, blending technology with
storytelling in groundbreaking ways.
Transitioning from the gaming industry to academia, Yoshikawa has dedicated the last seven years to nurturing the next generation of
creatives while continuing his exploration into independent animation projects. His directorial debut, & quot; Departure," is a testament to his
belief in the transformative power of art and technology, reflecting a deeply personal journey yet resonating with universal themes of
change and resilience.

Quinceañera Davis is a dedicated and multi-faceted artist whose work exemplifies a commitment to excellence and depth, intended to encourage, inspire, and uplift, personally and collectively.

Bio: In love with Lebanon for more than a decade, Matthieu Haag never ceases to show images of his adopted country to the whole world: films, photo exhibitions, and conferences. In 2013, he directed AScentt of Lebanon, which finds its roots in the city of Beirut. Screened several times in Lebanon, the film has been selected for more than 40 international festivals and received 5 awards. Meanwhile, Matthieu released his first feature film in cinema theatres in 2019, The Orphanage, a film that was acclaimed by critics, selected (notably Vision du réel in Nyon, Switzerland) and awarded at several international festivals. He also directed short films, many times selected and awarded (see filmography). Today, he stubbornly continues his work on Lebanon, documenting the growing difficulties of this society which nothing seems to be able to oppose. Biography: Designer, Associate Director of the Agency Si | Studio irresistible - Paris, with J. Liniger and Chloé Verlag, he has been directing the Si agency in Paris since 2009. His course in Applied Arts and Interior Architecture in Caen continued in Paris, in graphic arts and multimedia, at the Institute of Higher

Studies in the Arts.

Expert in questions of mental manipulation, he has been working since 2007 as a consultant with State services, in particular, MIVILUDES,

as well as with NGOs (CAFFES, UNADFI, CCMM, etc.) on the links between mental influence and communication. . As part of his research

on issues of human rights and freedom of expression, he studied law at the University of La Sorbonne in Paris.

Since 2011, he has been part of the international collective of visual artists "The Meeting Point Project", exhibited in Paris, New York and

Nicolas Jacquette is co-founder of the Press & Cartooning Global Forum, an international meeting on the relationship between Press

Those who pass by Santa Clara ( Azores ) can contemplate the view of sparkling strings in the same tone as the
reflection of fish in the sea. But these strings move on the earth. Those who build them are also on land but
they live to the rhythm of the sea. Human hands mark the compass with the nature that surrounds them. They
play with their strings from the sea to the land and with the wind, they dance together the same melody.

Biography: Rubén Tadeo is a young entrepreneur passionate about cinema. From a very young age, he created low-budget
short films. As the CEO of his advertising company, he continues to direct short films out of love for the craft. His latest projects are more
ambitious. After several horror/comedy shorts, he has completed his most serious and personal project, which took him two years of
work: Leonor.

Biography:
Born in 1986 in Angoulême (France), Florent Lahousse is a filmmaker and freelance post-production artist.

Passionate about cinema and imagination, his audiovisual background led him to co-create fan films and other cinematic singularities based on beloved universes.

As a co-director, co-screenwriter, visual effects supervisor, and artistic director for the humoristic collective Drop The LOL, he has also devoted his time to organizing film events and screenings.

With HUNTING GROUND, he directs his first dramatic genre short film, aiming to bring to life a project that is very close to his heart.

Bio: His name is Gabriel, He is a 20-year-old filmmaker. He produced two short films: experimental and Horror Fiction.

Bio: Fernando G. Pliego Born in 1972, he works as a programmer, but combines his job with a regulated career as an amateur cineast since 2011. Graduated in Image and Sound at the Completeness University of Madrid in 1995, and he has been a camera operator in several Javier López Velasco shorts (Vivir Sunanda, Anstead Express). "Lu and The Ghost (Click)" is his twelfth short film. Among his previous works, the more important ones could be Do You Hear Me? (¿Me yes 2011), Family Portrait (Foto de familia, 2013), How do you like it? (¿Come the gusto, 2015), Desamor (Heartbreak, 2022) and, especially, The Ball (La pelota, 2017), best Euromerican Short in Ebertfest 2018 and Best International Short Film in XI Editioned Corto e Cultura Film Festival in Manfredonia, between other awards and more than 60 international selections.

Biography:
Born in Barquisimeto, Edo. Lara, a student at UNEARTE LARA, and at BARQUICINEMA, of which, as a director, his works stand out: LA MUJER MISTERIOSA, made in the UNEARTE Initial Path and
becoming an official selection in the regional shorts mentioned at the Barquisimeto Film Festival 2023,
and the short film EL BUENO EL MALO Y EL PERRO, made in the 2nd cohort of BARQUICINEMA,
screened in cinemas and is currently in the festival stage.

DUALITY is the most recent work of the director Jaime Arteaga Heredia, which is presented as a university project, aspiring to continue climbing at the cinematographic level and reach festivals and more people.
